This is the second part of the little christmas magazine (in french) :
+ 30 ml agave syrup (2 tbs) +
+ 1 cm Fresh ginger thiny sliced (0,4″) +
+ Cinnamon stick +
+ 1/2 egg white +
+ 45 ml Tequila (3 tbs)+
+ 30 ml Cointreau (2 tbs)+
+ 30 ml lemon juice (2 tbs)+
+ Cinnamon powder+
+ Powder gold or gold leaf food +
The day before, prepare a spiced syrup. Cut the ginger into thin slices. Add it with cinnamon stick in the agave syrup.
The D-day, starting with icing glass by putting crushed ice in it. Put the syrup and egg white together in the shaker. Shake gently for 1 min.
Add the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, a pinch of cinnamon powder and a little gold dust, and shake vigorously for 2 min. Remove ice and serve.
