Here I moved into a new apartment, my real home! A place where everything remains to be done. It’s exciting, i’ve a lot of ideas but i have to find compromises between desires, what is achievable and … Money! This is the opportunity to stimulate my creativity.I hope to show you all that by 6 months (ahem, yes of course). What joy when I saw that my cheesemonger was selling Blue Stilton!He told me that when he was working in Brighton, every day the chef used to add Porto on Blue Stilton to impregnate and multiply its flavors. An English tradition to adopt quickly, it’s delicious!
